LPS REFERRAL REWARDS
Program details published — enrollment and automatic rewards are not yet active. We are preparing account tracking, store-credit balances and checkout redemption. Purchases do not automatically earn these rewards until we announce activation. Any individually approved order arrangement remains separate.
Our customer program is designed around your own purchases and direct referrals. Standard rewards are LPS store credit, with no multilevel rewards and no standard cash payout.
Once the program is active, your first fully paid and fulfilled eligible website purchase unlocks referral participation. Earn 5% store credit on eligible product amounts actually paid with new money. Credit becomes available after payment and shipment are confirmed.
Your first-time referred customer receives 10% off eligible regular-price products, or their better eligible Preferred price. Those pricing benefits do not stack. Referral tracking is planned for 90 days; the first valid referrer is locked after the first eligible paid and fulfilled order. Conflicting or offline referrals require documented review.
Earn 5% store credit on eligible new-money product spending from your directly referred customers. Their own 5% purchase credit is separate. Self-referrals, fraudulent activity and second-level referrals do not qualify.
The best eligible single product price applies. Referral discounts, Preferred pricing, sale prices and other promotions are not added together. Eligible store credit can then be redeemed under the rules below.
The first-order referral offer takes 10% off eligible regular-price products. Shipping and tax are excluded. A better eligible Preferred or promotional price takes precedence.
Eligible customers may receive Preferred pricing through LPS. Representative attribution and customer referral credit are tracked separately; one does not automatically establish the other.
Standard customer rewards remain 5% own-purchase credit and 5% direct-referral credit on the eligible amount actually paid after price reductions and redeemed credit.
Example: $90 in eligible product spending paid with new money earns $4.50 in customer credit and, when a valid direct referral applies, $4.50 for that referrer. At $75, each amount is $3.75. Shipping, tax and previously earned credit are excluded from that calculation.
Redeeming credit: Your eligible product subtotal must be at least $50 after discounts and before credit. Available credit may cover up to 100% of that eligible product subtotal, but not shipping or tax. Each credit award expires 12 months after it is earned; the earliest-expiring credit is used first.
BAC water follows the normal eligible-product reward rules. Wholesale purchases, free items, replacements, gift cards and purchased credit do not earn rewards. For an eligible paid upgrade, only the qualifying new-money portion earns credit.
Referral disclosure: When recommending LPS using a referral, clearly state: “I may earn LPS store credit or commission if you purchase through my referral.” Do not make medical, treatment or dosing claims, send spam, post on coupon sites, or run branded paid ads without permission. Do not create accounts that appear to be official LPS accounts.
Review: Contact LPS with an attribution or credit concern within 30 days. Our target is to review routine disputes within 10 business days. Adjustments and exceptions require an audit record.
We may update future program terms. Previously earned valid credit remains subject to the terms applicable when earned, including expiry and refund adjustments.
We plan to activate the customer program first. Higher and cash tiers are not open yet: the approved roadmap uses $500 in eligible referred sales over a rolling 90 days for higher-tier pricing, and $2,500 for a 12.5% cash referral tier replacing the standard 5% referral credit. Cash participation requires an agreement and tax documentation, with monthly payouts subject to a $100 minimum. Eligible milestone rewards and full tier conditions will be confirmed before those tiers open.
A separate invitation-only creator pilot is planned after 30 live days; it is not automatic enrollment or an additional standard reward. We will announce activation and explain how to view and redeem credits when the system is ready.
