General Return Rule
Because product integrity, chain of custody, storage conditions, contamination, tampering, and quality control cannot be verified after delivery, opened or used products are not eligible for ordinary return or resale. Unopened products are not automatically eligible for return. Nothing in this policy limits remedies required by applicable law.
Problems With an Order
LPS Biohacking will review requests involving an incorrect item shipped, a materially damaged product received, a missing item, an LPS fulfillment error, a qualifying lost or non-delivered shipment, a cancellation made before fulfillment when operationally possible, or another return or refund affirmatively approved by LPS Biohacking.
Contact contact@lpsbiohacking.com promptly. Include the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where relevant. Customers should retain the product and packaging while a claim is reviewed. No artificially short claim period is intended to eliminate rights provided by applicable law.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment or shipment when operationally possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. No restocking fee is charged under this policy.
If LPS Biohacking cannot ship within a represented shipment period, it will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law.
Approved Remedies
Depending on the circumstances, an approved remedy may be a replacement, refund, correction of the order, or another reasonable resolution. When the problem resulted from an LPS Biohacking fulfillment error, LPS Biohacking will address reasonable corrective costs where legally and operationally appropriate. Return-shipping reimbursement is not promised in every situation.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution. This policy does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or return outside approved or legally required circumstances.
