These Terms and Conditions govern use of the LPS Biohacking website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Age and Research-Use Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase products. Products identified as research products are offered strictly for research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. Product information is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or human-use instruction.
Product Information and Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product identity, strength, quantity, and order details before purchase. Product availability and displayed pricing may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. LPS Biohacking may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, listing error, or lack of availability, subject to applicable law.
Pricing and Payment
Public pricing, approved Preferred Pricing, shipping charges, taxes, and available payment methods are displayed through the applicable website or checkout experience. Preferred Pricing and referral eligibility are subject to the applicable program rules and may not be combined in a way that reduces a product below its approved Preferred price unless LPS Biohacking expressly authorizes it. Payment processing, when available, is provided through the selected payment provider.
Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. These policies are incorporated into these terms.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and comply with applicable laws. Customers may not use the website or products for unlawful purposes or contrary to the published research-use restrictions.
No Research-Outcome Warranty
LPS Biohacking does not guarantee any experimental or research outcome. Except for warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and products are provided as described without additional implied promises beyond those expressly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LPS Biohacking is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse, unlawful use, or use contrary to the published research-use restrictions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Disputes and Governing Law
Please first contact contact@lpsbiohacking.com so LPS Biohacking has a reasonable opportunity to address an order or service issue. To the extent legally permissible, these terms are governed by Idaho law, without purporting to waive any non-waivable consumer protection or other legal right. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or waive a jury trial.
